Really Opaline? The US are not and other countries such as Russia, Canada and Japan are backing away. I would like to see the coalition back away for now. At least shelve it until both sides of the argument can be properly debated rather than one side using AGW seemingly as propaganda for a new tax on top of the taxes we already pay.
