They've just delivered a presentation and in it the timeline shows "Secure Strategic Project Partner" by the end of Q2. Well we know that hasn't happened. Had it not been shown as mid Q3 on previous presentations?
Based on one target being missed I'd say it's reasonably certain they won't hit the "Final Investment Decision" timing either.
From a long term holder's perspective (circa early 2007) I'm disappointed in that.
