You'd have to ask the question why anyone would purchase the Queensland assets for over $100m when the whole company is worth $195m (according to current market cap).
Say they purchased the whole company at a measly 50% premium to current prices, that's $300m.
$100m for Queensland.
$100~m in cash
$90~m in Legacy shares
South Africa, North America etc thrown in for free.
Numbers don't add up.
