ECE invested (just as they have done in TNG) into ARU holding approx 25% of company late last year ARU had a capital raising of 90 million AD issuing approx 30 million shares, as a result and in order for ECE to maintain their 25% holding they were offered the additional shares,this offer was not taken up and as a result their holding was DILUTED as you state, their choice and no hard feelings on either party, sorry for approx estimates but going on memory, sorry to those TNG boring you with ARU info but it relates to OUR new investors
