    Exactly Buddy,

These early moves are as I understand to test the depth of resolve among us to put a scare into the ESG Board by firing a warning salvo across their bow, (maybe they'll clench their bowels too), that much in itself won't be at any cost bar the time and paper.

ESG, masters at stalling, particularly their own (us) will very likely try and schedule it for the scheme meeting as you say, HOWEVER, in the meantime, wrested out of their complacency by an angry beehive with some legitimate power, they will be scurrying around behind the scenes doing some number crunching of their own.

Why? Because, unlike some on here who say oh well if STO get frightened off (not likely), we'll just go back to where we are. Really??? Well, if STO is the one and only great white hope for the ESG Board AND their many vested interests, then THEY certainly won't want a NO vote to get up on the day.

And THAT is what this is all about, a medium by which to leave ESG in NO DOUBT about the sentiment against their arrogant behaviour towards us now and for many months past.

    Good day to you all.

    Lilac
