IMO, The court case has no effect on EDM. All the free shares were off loaded bh AGSC. Don't think AGSC will cough out anything. What's done is done. Most likely it'll be thrown out or settle out of court anyway.
The focus now should be a new Directors with brain and know how to push SP in the right direction. :D
