i have spoken to 2 people in the states whom all saw it over a 2 week period in all the local papers, the victoia advocate included, what i cant find is any hard copies of the papers.

hilcorp are on 10k an acre and conoco is usually 8k

marathon is also in maintaining the 10k price as is noble and a few others

once you join acreages into contiguous acres, then you start talking big dollars as we recently saw marathon do with hilcorp
