Others have asked those questions and been answered before Ken. Gets a bit boring being asked the same questions and replying more than once.
In short though IMO neither the carbon tax nor the carbon reduction scheme will reduce CO2 emmissions to any significant degree.
The carbon tax however "should" lead to a greater utilization of renewable energy which is something I support.
