    if an offer was on the table, id be more than happy to accept it - WHY ?

    cos the piddly amount i was to receive wouldnt be worth anything after selling via a broker with their fees.

    so a buyout suits me. no brokerage.

    maybe i'll get enough for 2 days of sandwiches & milkshakes :-)
