Santos has only a couple of events To get it out of the ESG SOA :-
1.ACCC (a government Agency) saying the STO move is anti-competitive
2.NSW State Govt messing with the PEL238 Licence conditions that would effectively lower ESG's reserves by 5%
There are no Market conditions specified
The ESG sp has started to decouple from the STO bid ratio
Market overall looks to be going sub 4000
If it passes 4000 it may try to retest the lows of 2009
We should all Hope it can hold above 4000
Cheers
