My "I have mainly bullion, but also a few collector's." ... refers to gold.
With silver, while holding some bullion ingots (- buried in my yard! Hope I don't get Alzimer's/Alzyhmer's/Ahlzymer's/Joseph's?/whatever), I have mainly collector's coins (all proof, most are privy coins).
My reasoniing is that when silver soars, most people will cash in their coin holdings .... which will mean less 'special' coins will exist .... which will make their value rise even more.
