I think the bubble is over. There's nothing left to reflate it with. After the GFC instead of massive funding for real infrastructure and national development the US chose to use taxpayers money to bail out the criminals responsible for the mess. Now they have one last big shorting opportunity and that is it. The chickens are coming home to roost.
