I'm sure that most HC members are aware that I have sat on the side line making no comment on PNO for a long time, as Rebel and I and others, under the pnomeeting group, have considered many options that may be beneficial in obtaining greater transparency from PNO management, without putting a negative or positive slant on postings on a HC, given that it is a public forum.

As Rebel has previously advised, we have listened and responded to numerous PNO HC members, to ensure that whatever actions we as a group consider, has to be to the benefit of PNO and consequently to shareholders.

Many shareholders had sent emails and had telephone conversations with PNO management, which realistically was of no real benefit, as PNO management we unable to advise us of anything other that was previously announced to the ASX, and so PNO management were caught between a rock in a hard place.

Therefore, as a group of shareholders of PNO, with over 5% of votes, the ONLY option available to be heard, was to lodge a 249D notice, as per the corporation act, of which that ALL PNO shareholders could vote on at a general meeting.

Suffice to say it is NOW prudent, that in the wake of weak world equity markets, those actions we considered as a group, our now on hold for the month of August, but is subject to PNO confirming, as per the recent update, the launch of ThermaLIFE.

Should PNO management not be forthcoming or not have a valid reason in delaying the launch of ThermaLIFE, then we as a group will inform ALL HC members our of proposal and actions that would be beneficial to PNO and shareholders.

But I stress, we welcome ALL comments, irrespective if they are negative or positive, to ensure that our actions if proposed, are realistically achievable and in the interest of PNO and shareholders.

Finally, as a long term shareholder in PNO and in light of all of the above and if ThermaLIFE is launched in August 2011, PNO and shareholders will be rewarded.
