I can imagine the response from some of them.
They would feel stupid after telling the vendor it should fetch $500,000 to then present them with an offer for $400,000
and suggest they should consider it. However, if it's been on the market for a while they could use it to get them to drop the price or counter offer.
I'm too old to mess around renting. I've finished making money, I just need a home but I will buy carefully.
