2. See the opps in the mkt to reorganise your port
3. Only consider selling stocks you own to trade into other stocks (to access the value if they've tumbled & represent good vfm) eg: in UK on Friday I sold Enquest & bought more Xstrata
4. Don't punt more than you can afford to lose
5. Don't borrow cash to punt
6. Walk the dog
7. Take a walk on the beach or lunch @ Doyles
