Have family in SA but none attached to mining or in the Gov

my calculation of september is based on the fact that MSA has asked the community/anyone with suggestions (a paper formality) to respond by 15th - that means that they can formally submit it anydate after then - EIR/EMP then gets approved --then goes for mining rights approval.......the quickest this could happen, I thought, would be 2 weeks --hence september assumption
