I should have read your post and reply to yours, instead of posting an addendum to my own original one.

In that post, you would find that I have tried my best in clarifying the issues that we have been discussing, and the changes to the original Companies Act that was released in 1956, and that it is out of date.

When I was studying to become a bean counter we were using that Act, but it has been changed in 2001, and that is what we have to go by in today's World.

Cheers mate. And good to have some difference of opinions. It does the World of good to one's mind and keep one on it's toes while keeping the old brain working.
