Denpal..Head and shoulder formation are not perfect..see the right shoulder as an overshoot..hence why some are slanting and others are rising.. one could also look at the chart as serious distribution.. Many stocks form such formation as culminating highs..
If the DOW could rise above 12000 and break its all time high..one could see it as one last breath..
BUT with so many defaults pending..i doubt it..
