Mate BMN dont wanna be taken over at 60 cents...Since the proposal the markets have capitulated Hanlong will think twice now and maybe they will walk away and come back another day who knows...
It was pending a due diligence and an a a Bannerman Board recommendation (a necessary pre-requisite given Hanlong?s proposal assumes a Bannerman scheme of arrangement under Australian law);
There were over a dozen conditions and the due diligence etc... I dont think BMN will be pleased at all!
Im waiting for 20 cents retest as the markets look really bad.
