Through the pnomeeting group we have collectively discussed (words) and determined (thought), what and if any action was available to us to ensure transparency in PNO for shareholders.

The 249D notice was the STRATEGY we considered that we would implement AS and WHEN required.

By listening to PNO shareholders and also considering the weak world equites markets, we decided that our ACTIONS should be PUT ON HOLD subsequent to the either the launch or non launch of ThermaLIFE in August 2011.

That doesn't mean we are not going to implement the 249D notice, as we have everything to gain by holding off rather than taking action now.

We do welcome positive or negative comments, however have a look at your posts.

They are not comments, but statements with no substance other than your way of stirring the pot.
