It's not the way it is, it's how you percieve it, big difference.
CEO was 17c recently, perhaps a bit premature alright, but at 9c 10c or so it presents excellent value as long as the fundamentals remain unchanged.

It might go lower or it might not, but be careful presenting something as a foregone conclusion, whether it ends up being right or wrong
