If the powers to be sort out the issues causing the current turmoil, the markets will go up.
If they don't the markets will go down - including PRR.
However, I can say one thing with great confidence and without the aid of any charts.
Eventually the markets will go back up - including and particularly Prima which has excellent fundamentals.
Don't just accept what I say, have a look at your charts next week and I am sure that you will find that I was spot on. -lol
