Might just prove to be the quote of the year...

I believe (and these are my thoughts only) that PRR has strong enough foundations (fundamentals) to bounce back from this and be back around .30 in less than 6 months time. I also believe that it is a very good chance of getting to market in the next 3 years - if it does the share price should be >$5

So if I bought a house now for say $500k will it be worth $1000000 in six months?? - I think PRR has a much greater chance of being .30 than that house has of being worth a million... and in three years ???

I bet a lot of Americans thought there houses were a pretty safe bet aswell - now look at what a lot of them have ???

Lets just remember this post in 6 months and we can check the share price against the housing prices....

Its a gamble I am willing to make - and I am entitled to my opinions
