Question you have to ask yourself, is not why is it getting sold, is why and who is buying it? That always seems to be forgotten.
It would be classed as 'speculative' due to the swings and roundabouts of recent times and so will get hit bigger than most as a panic kicks in.
Look around index and it's pretty consistent with other sp's that haven't got their ducks in a row yet.
