Solvency = Basically the culmination of the company's cash plus the sale of their assets, minus debt and preferred shares equals a value greater than the present share price.

Given the economic climate that would be touch and go, basically comes down to what the assets would sell for.

A lot of volume hit prior to the TH, what that means I have no idea. I'm just optimistically grabbing at straws.
