re: cpi numbers - jazz I like CFD's because of the speed in getting into and out of a trade.

Used to trade options but it takes so darn long to get into a trade. Call broker, place my bid/ask in the market makers spread, hope to get taken up, but stock moves and so does the spread. Bleh...it sucks.

With CFD's it takes me less than 1 second to get into a trade. I have complete control over my trade. I like that.

Have traded CFD's on the US index, but not often. Last time was when I went short at 10,371 and covered at 10,076. I'll never be able to catch a move like that again. lol

They also have the market depth on UK stocks so I have traded a few stocks over there. But enough money in Aussie stocks

I always look at the market depth. Volume and direction is very important to me
