whoever is on the bid for 400 000 at 8.5c is expecting some good news, lets hope they know something.

it looks a good decision to extend the rights issue.

if MNM cannot produce a positive ann between now and the new closing date for the CR of 2 september about either the BM JV or the Mt M case then I suspect the raising will collapse, along with the SP.

I am happy to pay a cent and a half or so above market price for the rights provided an ann arrives because the free oppies will trade at 3c if the heads get back to 11c+.

If MNM cannot produce a positive ann about the exergen JV within the next 14 days to get the raising away then you are forced to conclude that the brown coal deal is dead.

It's time for MNM and exergen to put up or shut up about brown coal.
