Reiner, I'm interested in something. How come you've been so bearish/negative re CRE, and so positive re FML? I would have thought CRE holders would be cheering on the Chinese buyer, and hoping to get the best price outcome. I've seen a couple of people say they were in CRE, and now in FML, and diss CRE, which kind of makes me think they might never have been in CRE in the first place? No offence- just wondering. :)
