Yep, I'm a little feisty right now. Had my toes on the edge earlier then realised hey, all this is funded with cash, no debt. So aside from wishing I had sold out in March, and bought back in yesterday, it's care factor zero as to where the markets go short to medium term.
PRR is cashed up, and it seems others want to increase this pool (tip the hat to the Germans). So I'll just kick back and wait until the fur and feathers settle.
