    Yes it appears to be a done deal if FML chooses it to be.

    Stone would need to make an improved offer for a takeover. This would then shake things up further.

    If it goes through hen CRE holders who sold to stone recently certainly had an opportunity to get the most out of it. Especially if they bough FML at the current price.
