fex ipo, page-17

We might see 15 supplementary prospectus.
why?
So far 4 supp = 7 millions shares
1 supp = 1.75 millions shares
Minimum subscription is 25 million : 1.75 million = 15 supplementary prospectus.
Who ever interested with FEX just need to wait abit longer?
Please someone know better explain.....
Do you need to send you cheque in when you subscribe? then what happend while the subsriber waiting for FEX to list in the ASX, their cheque get cash in and earn interest for the company "FEX" and director or employees will have those interest...I hope this is not the case...is this illegal...?
