Look at TXN, they are GOING TO frac. and test a well and should have test flow result with 2 weeks and their shares is flying ( that give you an idea of time frame ) BUT OEX has finished and cleaning up and the share doing nothing, that tells us that only traders and active with a handful of shares and the LT are frustrading to dead.
