Not too bad an idea Fox but cash in the bank is helpful for corporate flexibility, growth options and as a safety blanket for shocks and emergencies. So it is probably unlikely they would go down that road to reduce the share base by relatively little.

I have been thinking that maybe a 1:2 (420m share base) or 1:3 (280m share base) share consolidation might be possible and advantageous.

Anyone know why this may not be considered by CC and the board and any impediments or reasons for it not to happen?

I so have my finger on the trigger to sell all or half of my IGR after 3 years to put into some other good value small cap opportunities but I am dead certain that the exact moment I do Integra will rocket to fair value through takeover or fundamentals. Previous to holding IGR I have had a long and sorry history of getting impatient and selling stocks just before boom time. Examples include Peptech, Sirtex, Summit Resources, Mount Gibson etc etc etc :)

Just have to keep the faith that Gold is the right sector to be in for the next few years and Integra should eventually be right in the thick of the action.

Anyway I digress. Back to the point. Share consolidation anyone??
