It's a confidence statement in the future of LCY. They won't look for new CEO unless LCY is expanding. It indicates a number of projects are on the table to acquire once LCY has the NMDC money. I would say NMDC know about those projects and has evaluated Sharon Heng ability in making deal. Her new roles as director is just about it: evaluate opportunities.
