GREAT Post, seems this board is delusional and consider us guys as 'minorities'......lol good to see how the KEY BOARD thinks of us pitty they don't know oviously how many shares you own or I. It seems we are both in the Top20 and the insecure BOARD of KEY is troubled and calling a bluff that they have contact their Top30....lol

Well if that is the case we will see in 3 weeks?

Oviously the party is over and they are trying to smoke and mirror things to get their way.

Point A) I am up there and haven't been contacted.

Point B) Cut back on costs what a JOKE firstly Ken our CEO which is always on holidays is hardly a oil and gas worthy of his salary or else we wouldn't be replacing him with 147 years experienced Zeta Petroluem what a jib!

Point D) A commitment to grow the company....lol for over 3 years they have been doing nothing and only thing they have been doing is diluting our shares and raising money for crap projects and sell off our good ones.

As for the 4c price even though we are trading at 1.5c the Zeta deal if you work it out after they dilute us again is sneakily really worth 0.008c NOT 4c nice try Dennis. Obviously you have no skin in the game!

KEY will have 924 million shares on buying Zeta out for $30 million which we really don't know what it is really worth. 924 million new shares at 4c will make KEY real value 0.008c.

very sneaky but smart. Makes you think the offer is good but we are buying out Zeta, not vice versa.

Whats the board getting defensive about? why are they defending this Zeta deal if shareholders don't want it then give us something else more attractive.

I agree Asteroider BLOCK the deal and clear the current BOARD and replace with fresh hungry experienced new people to take it forward.
