Well then by that logic it must be daft comparing our property prices to prices overseas as each country is different in its own way!

Well you guys keep telling us that our property is too expensive relative to other places in the world and Japan keeps coming up. You are right how do you do the comparison - well I took a shot and compared the cheapest properties in the cities and the values are not that dissimilar value wise.
