Hi Dennis,
I have a few comments for you:

For a company that worth less than 5M$ (or any company for that matter), the salaries of the directors should not be more than 3% of the value of the company. Otherwise, the salaries will eat up the company and leave the shareholders with nothing.

Your Salary alone is about 10% of the value of the company!
If this is not enough, you did not participate on CR for WP. This mean, you let the shareholders pay for something you did not believe in!

Do you think we earn above 300,000$ a year?
