Qbe has been trying to form a base.
Short sellers testing base for last three days.
However Higher lows and higher highs may suggest they are getting exhausted.
Obvoiusly short sellers trying to use uncertainty over us exposure to create price falls.
May be near an end and short covering rally will be massive when it happens.
Dividend will provide an impetus for conservative instos to buy back in as well.
Would not be surprised to see qbe to rally in afternoon.
Watching carefully.
