    Massive debt burden? This is a big business with billions of dollars in yearly revenue AND it's growing. Cash flow is still strong. Also they're sitting on excess cash. There is no way VBA will be in breach of lending covernants. The price is down because the sector is out of favour. Uninformed investors may well have sold it down because of 'the debt' but that's why there are buyers of this stock, to make a gain on the irrational fear of others.
