    Toll- I agree on how illiquid the stock is ...but the same should really apply going up shouldn't it? Once it gets some buying interest (or any interest?) it should get going in a hurry
    Also it seems every time this stock moves into the 10's someone sells a couple and back down we go. Can't imagine someone was that desperate for $4000 at 345pm on a Friday afternoon?
