As expected. One of the issues I raised earlier about environmental groups and other interested parties always attempting to delay uranium projects just because they can.

I mentioned in one of my earlier posts that in the latest Canary Events presentation, the presenter for PEN stated that production would only commence at the end of 2012 and I think I saw it in one of the presentation slides as well but no one seemed to want to discuss the issue back then or maybe everyone just has me on ignore :).

I will be very surprised if PEN successfully meet their March 2012 commencement of production milestone as that is now only 7 months away.

Nevertheless, a delay will be good for the company as it will give the uranium price time to recover IMO.
