    Australia has a comparative advantage over the world in very few areas.
    One of those happens to be mining.
    The VIC and Federal govts stand to make an absolute motza in royalties and taxes when this brown coal gets shipped to INDIA. Nobody is saying that mining is perfect but as long as the MNM boys are sincere and do the right thing by the community then the area will reap the rewards.
