It isn't point 17 but 2017, if that makes any difference.
Many markets make 80/90% declines at some stage and we can use DJIA/Nasdaq/Nikkei etc but so far it seem we have avoided it. Maybe it means we are due!
Anyway here is a long term view of local market from 1875 and the early numbers are suspect, and you could view the market as being above long term trend but....
