cat lady put it this way if that u owned a property of acerage and a mining co walked up to u and said that they want your land and have right to it even that u have parted with a large sum of money to aquire it and u own it what would say to that,to mining co that want to open cut to mine coal they purchase the property outright,and the owners walking away happy,with the csg industry they must agree to a price of compensation of which both parties are in agreeance,the owners have income and the csg industry moves along and makes their profits,but there a co that want all the cake and eat it to,thus the bully boy tacticks,mediation with farmers will achieve a lot,everybody has to derive an income to survive,the quicker the industry understands this the les the bad pubilicty surrounding it,and the farmers can work their land around the piplines and still create income,the farmers see that everybody is making huge money and they would like a small slice of the cake.
