    Thanks Vintage.

Intriguing to state the least. Pam Viviano (Ranchers & Neighbors Protecting Our Water and Board Member, Powder River Basin Resource Council) has been present at the NRC/STRATA ENERGY Public Meetings and yet said absolutely nothing.

I listened intently knowing she would be present, as she is very vocal about anything and everything mining in Wyoming. Yet seemingly ignorant of the facts, once stating publicly that ISR projects are "injecting uranium into groundwater". A ridiculous statement to state the least.

To quote a very knowledgeable person on this subject "Well sweetheart, the uranium is already there, we are removing it not injecting it".

She objects to anyhting and everything mining and this comes as no surprise at all. Absolutely no doubt she has enlisted the aid of the generalist against everything group The Natural Resources Defense Council that will be fed information by her no doubt.

I will add this will be a test of the new process. Under the public review period to achieve extensions or hearings requires a damn good "factual" reason, not just because you asked for it and nor because you went on a holiday, nor because there is "so much information". The latter sent me into hysterics.

That said it will be very interesting to see what transpires from this. Tony Simspon has proactively engaged these people for the last 2 years and they have not said a word. Now they "have concerns"....sure they do!

Come in Chris Pugsley, Thompson & Pugsley acting on behalf of Strata Energy as Consultant legal counsel. Also legal counsel on matters for regulatory bodies such as the NRC and EPA.

I have no doubt at all he will ensure that for this request to be granted it will need to meet specific criteria as follows:

    "10 C.F.R. 2.309(c) providing for nontimely filings",
    http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/doc-collections/cfr/part002/part002-0309.html

I will watch this proceeding with great interest. NGO's can and do intervene with an intent to delay projects in the hope they will find something to halt the project. That being the sole intent of these people, make no mistake. However they will have a battle and will need to make a strong case, holidays and too much information simply don't cut the mustard.
