I agree,
At least the SHs have some value in the company, the whole outfit could have collapsed. The northern leases may provide a lifeline for the future and the badly needed cash can take the pressure off from the creditors. Maybe breakdowns can now be fixed more expediently as hopefully they may get some credit terms back as I would think that COD must have been the order for the last 12 months. Mine Alpha, flog the plant, drill out the north and keep the market INFORMED!!!!!
