Ad to this an item I just found on my PC files. Pam Viviano has followed this project for some time, even writing an article 17/11/2009. Surprise, surprise with Lance listed on the article as a new startup project.

I have been asked by many offline is she a threat or otherwise. I will just say she is definitely vocal, it remains to be seen what she comes up with but I believe it will be more of the same. She is also well known to the NRC and Wyomming mining companies, including PEN/Strata Energy.

Make no mistake she will be making noise, IMO that is all that will occur. She is carrying on like the project has just jumped out of the blue, and yet has known about it for a very long time.

I have faith the it will be dealt with professionally and expediently, with facts and due legal process, not emotive exagerated and often misleading statements by NGO's.

Is our management concerned?...Unless they have mislead me, of which I sincerely doubt, not one bit!
