    "How, in fact, do you define a "worker"?"

    Worker: Some one who works for a living.

    "What are the rights of workers?"

    Depends on the industry , but the base conditions are what I see as your rights.

    I strongly believe if you employ someone to work unsociable hours they should be paid a penalty rate whilst working those hours.
    The people who want service during unsociable hours should bear the cost of that service.
    When you work nights , evenings and weekends you do so at the expense of your family life , you should be compensate fairly for that sacrifice.

    Abbott and his cronies will never refer to it as work choices but they will do most of the same things as the people who back the party want things changed and these are the same folk who don't want a mining tax or a carbon tax. The big end of town.

    Seems the truth about the coalition and their real agenda is starting to emerge.
