Hello bazza d2, I agree that asking the same questions over and over is not kewl - but like me perhaps they have not read all the posts. I am certain that some have an agenda and others are just asking hard questions to jog somebody into offering additional opinions I do that of people in the Funds industry at times.

Personally I have 10 minutes a day if I am lucky, usually no time to read in here. So I apologise, I do not know what has been said over and over. If I make a wrong assumption is due to lack of data the scourge of all investment models.

You can read between the lines I know a lot more than I can share in here (time / space constraint and at times professional reasons) but at the same time happy to share that my opinion ...is what it is. That was the purpose of the post on FML last week, just to share my opinion. And yesterday the purpose was to share some of my investment philosophy.

If that can assist somebody then great, mission accomplished, I move back to my work. My comments about the outlook for gold stocks might be taken with more than a grain of salt - up to the reader.

XGD diverged from XAO in April last year and performed very well, apart from brief anomaly in the latest correction which I captured in a special file (free - again not promoting) just for fun. I did not sell into that mini crash and I still had some capital to deploy, read the turn into the bottom of that low and nailed it. Sorry if any of you sold that, I have been there in the past.

By the way I also support Hot Copper on their "support the advertisers" comments they are right. Users gain immense pleasure and knowledge in here and it is free but think about the hours put in by HC collectively - just a comment if the advertisers (and i don't quantify or identify) are of any use to you take a look at their services and keep the site free. I work ridiculous hours and understand their plight. You have to love what you do, these HC guys must also.
