Next 40 days will tell the story. Ophir will have to announce a JV with FAR or explain why? if the decree isn't in the bag by then well maybe no well.
I think the 60 days was a clever move to flush the Wade gov't into signing by a certain date after Kora one way or the other, otherwise SH wouldn't even be able to see the carrot.
It's coming together again.
